Sarratt (Figure of eight)

Meet at Sarratt post office on the green (postcode WD3 6AT) for a circular (figure of eight) walk to the River Chess and Chipperfield Common. Full walk is 9.2 miles but you can leave after 5 miles (as the route returns close to Sarratt). First section is flat, 2 stiles, lots of kissing gates. Second section is again mostly flat, lots of kissing gates but 2 undulations (to quote Chris M) at the end.  Lovely countryside, quiet, woods, great views,  no major roads. Bring packed lunch
