Highgate to Hackney via Stoke Newington, sections 12 & 13 Capital Ring

 A linear walk starting on the Parkland walk and continuing through parks, a fascinating cemetery and alongside the river Lea -  a surprisingly green route through cosmopolitan east London. Mainly level walk but with some steps and a couple of slopes. Reasonable footpaths which can be muddy after rain and some residential road walking, particularly in second half of walk.
