Circular walk from Potters Bar station
A circular walk from Potters Bar station which covers some of the countryside close to the A1. It follows,in part, a Victorian ramble from 1893 and passes over a haunted bridge where it is said the ghost of Dick Turpin lurks. The walk includes one hill climb from North Mymms to Cangsley Grove and can be muddy after rain. Mainly along footpaths but some lane walking and residential streets in Potters Bar.
Bring a packed lunch, possible pub or cafe stop at end.
