Capital Ring sections 6&7 - Wimbledon Park to Osterley Lock

Using Colin Saunders Guide to the Capital Ring this walk is mix of open park/country walking interspersed with road walking on firm pavements. In parts it’s hard to believe that you are in London. This section contains, lakes, rivers, a windmill, red deer and fallow deer, Twickers, remains of royal palaces and lots more.

The entire walk is eleven miles but there are numerous drop of points along the way if you don’t want to do the whole walk. Many of the toilets listed in the guide are in fact, now closed but there are still some toilets and cafes along the route.
